Escape to the North Norfolk coast and enjoy a relaxing stay in our beautifully presented twin en suite room in Wells-next-the-Sea. Our King and Twin rooms have their own entrance and convenient lock box access, offering comfort, character and privacy, making it the perfect base for coastal walks, beach days and exploring this charming seaside town. Thoughtfully styled with soft neutral tones, warm lighting and exposed beams, the twin room provides a calm and welcoming atmosphere, complete with two comfortable single beds and a small seating area to relax after a day by the sea. Set within our beautifully maintained garden setting, it offers a peaceful space to unwind while still being close to everything Wells has to offer. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Please note that we are unable to accommodate pets or children.

With its vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, the room feels light and airy while maintaining a warm and cosy atmosphere. Both our Twin and King rooms share a private entrance, allowing you to come and go as you please. Access is via a secure lock box for your convenience, making arrival simple and stress free. The room includes its own private en suite shower room along with thoughtful in-room amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. A small seating area provides a quiet spot to unwind, and soft lighting creates a relaxing ambience in the evenings. Outside, guests can enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden, complete with seating areas and a tranquil pond, the perfect place for a morning coffee or a peaceful moment after a day by the sea. Whether you are visiting for coastal walks, birdwatching, beach days or simply a relaxing escape, our twin en suite room provides the ideal base to experience everything Wells-next-the-Sea and the North Norfolk coastline have to offer.

Fabulous stay at a very nice property
Very enjoyable stay in a lovely location close to good pubs, pleasant shops and harbour. Comfortable room with fridge and facilities for making a simple breakfast (cereal), which suited us. Off road car parking and nice garden.

Great short stay
Very clean and tidy, exactly as described in details and great to have parking. Location is good with only a short walk into town, lots of other attractions within a short drive.
Excellent quiet location and comfy stay
The location was excellent- quiet with parking and a few minutes walk from the restaurants and sea front in Wells. Clean and exactly as described. My grown up daughter and I loved the garden area. Instructions shared before our stay meant we could independently access and leave.
Fantastic quaint property
Lovely room that was clean and beds were very comfortable. Large enough room to also have an area to sit in and having access to a small fridge allowed us to make breakfast from the room. Very close to the main town and pubs but in a quiet area off the tourist path. Parking at property was excellent as could leave car and then walk around Wells easily. Fiona was extremely welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
